  I went in for a perm and had made a consultation about 2 weeks prior to make sure my hair would hold a perm. I told her I didn't want tight curls, that I wanted loose waves. She said it would hold and I made an appt. I came in and after it was done she said they would fall over the next 48 hours into looser waves and to come in and get it redone every 3 months because it won't hold its curl much longer than that since its loose. I didn't wash my hair until 48 hours afterwards, and by the 3rd day they were the waves I wanted. However, by the 5th day my hair was back to its flat self with no volume or curl. I used the serum she suggested and followed all instruction. I paid $75 plus the $14 for the recommended serum, all to have some sort of curly hair for 5 days. I won't be coming back here ever again. Horrible in my opinion and a waste of money.
